Measures the conductivity ranging from purified water up to 200 µS/cm for pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetics applications
Overview
The conductivity converter OE-96CW, which is used in conjunction with the sanitary conductivity sensor FS Series, is ideal for the conductivity control of the purified water, pasteurized water, and water for injection that are used in the production of pharmaceuticals.
Features
• Two Sensor Inputs
The OE-96CW can be connected to two conductivity sensors, which allows for simultaneous measurements of the conductivities at the primary and secondary process points.
The sensors use materials suitable for contact with fluids and are available in 5 sizes: 15A, 1S, 1.5S, 2S, and 2.5S.

Sanitary conductivity sensor FS Series
This is a Flow Through conductivity sensors with the same inside diameter as a pipe. By combining the OE-96CW with this type of sensor, CIP and WFI processes can be handled. |

• Simultaneous Output of Two Channel Transmissions
Transmissions can be output from two channels simultaneously to external devices such as recorders, so that two characteristics, such as conductivity, temperature, or sodium removal rate, can be selected.
• USP23 water quality determination function
This product features a function that automatically determines a conductivity standard for pharmaceutical water such as an injection solvent. Temperature compensation can be achieved with various methods, or no compensation can be selected.
